Homemade Maple Pecan Milk
raw pecans, soaked overnight
Drain and rinse your soaked pecans. Transfer to the blender and add in 5 cups of filtered water.
Blend on highest speed for 2 minutes.
Place a nut milk bag over a large bowl. Carefully pour your milk through the bag into the bowl. Gently squeeze all of the milk out of the bag (this can take a few minutes).
Transfer the milk back to the blender. Add in maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Blend for an additional 20-30 seconds.
