Homemade Maple Pecan Milk
  • 1cup raw pecans, soaked overnight(about 120g)
  • 5cups filtered water
  • 2Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2tsp vanilla
  • 1pinch sea salt
  1. Drain and rinse your soaked pecans. Transfer to the blender and add in 5 cups of filtered water.
  2. Blend on highest speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Place a nut milk bag over a large bowl. Carefully pour your milk through the bag into the bowl. Gently squeeze all of the milk out of the bag (this can take a few minutes).
  4. Transfer the milk back to the blender. Add in maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Blend for an additional 20-30 seconds.
  5. Drink! 🙂
Recipe Notes

I use Ellie’s nut milk bag to make my nut milks.
