Happy Halloween!! This holiday is one of my faves, but all the junk food floating around is not. Have you checked the ingredients on that piece of candy you’re about to eat? S-C-A-R-Y. Processed sugars, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and artificial dyes make my skin crawl more than Buffalo Bill in The Silence of the Lambs. Luckily you can still enjoy the holiday without all the toxic junk! I’m having a few girlfriend over tonight to hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters and watch some spoooooky movies, and I wanted to make some snack everyone could enjoy while keeping the ingredients clean. I actually made this yogurt dip for breakfast the other day with added protein, and realized this sh*t was so good, I’m making it for my guests tonight. And it’s so easy.
