  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Crumble the entire bag of WholeMe into a bowl, in as small of pieces as possible. Add 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil and mix well. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper. Try using the flat bottom of a glass to press the mixture down. Place the crust in the fridge to chill while you prepare the brownies.
  3. In a bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla, and coconut oil until smooth. Add coconut sugar (or sugar of choice) and mix again. Slowly add entire bag of simple mills mix until fully combined and batter is formed.
  4. Remove the granola crust from the fridge. Scoop brown batter on top of crust and smooth out evenly in the pan. Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick or knife inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow brownies to fully cool. Once cooled, place pan in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the crust to fully set before cutting. Cut into brownies and serve! 🙂 Store brownies in the fridge.
