Sweet + Savory Turkey Tarragon Sandwich
  • 2slices paleo or gluten free bread
  • 1-2Tbsp cream cheese(I used Kite Hill dairy free!)
  • 1Tbsp cranberry jelly(or any berry jelly)
  • 1Tbsp fresh tarragon
  • 6slices turkey breast
  • 1Tbsp ghee
  1. Place a skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Spread the ghee onto 2 slices of bread. Spread the cream cheese on the 2 slices of bread, on the opposite side of the ghee. Spread the cranberry jelly over the top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle the tarragon over each slice, then cover with 3 slices of turkey on each side.
  3. Combine the 2 slices of bread to form a sandwich with the outside covered din ghee. Place the sandwich on the heated skillet and cook until the bread gets brown and crispy. Flip the sandwich over and repeat on the other side.
